Due to the confidential nature of cases involving Juveniles, only selective information pertaining to Juvenile issues will be given over the telephone.
At the Juvenile Department service counter, information regarding Juvenile cases will only be made available to the Juvenile, the Juvenile’s parents or legal guardian, or the Juvenile’s "Attorney of Record".
For access to information in a court file, the requesting person must appear at the Juvenile Department service counter with proper picture I.D.
Dependency court proceedings are confidential and not open to the public.
Juvenile Delinquency court proceedings are open to the public.
